Lancashire Pre Wedding Shoot

Rebecca & John

With Rebecca being 37 weeks pregnant we had to abandon my usual haunt of Beacon Fell for our Pre Wedding Shoot as the ground was a bit slippery and I had doubts about my ability to deliver a baby so far from civilisation. So we met up at Scorton Lake just outside Garstang which is a lovely circular walk through the woods around the lake and much flatter than the obstacle course that Beacon Fell can sometimes be.  A great mix of forestry and scenery that is always well kept and quiet.

There are many clearings at Scorton Lake.  We found this area where children had started building a den just as the sun was beginning to set.  The light was balanced with a flash just out of the frame on the left hand side.

My favourite shot of the evening.  Rebecca and John were quite natural in front of the camera during our time together.
