Jon-Paul and Lynsay’s Blackpool Wedding.
Having had a career in the Licensed Trade I was friendly with Jon-Paul, the Licensee of The Albion in Bispham. He knew I had changed career path to become a Wedding Photographer, and one evening asked my availability for his wedding in August. I had originally blocked this week off for some much needed R&R. However, not wanting to miss the opportunity of shooting what I knew would be a sensational day, I met with Jon-Paul and Lynsay to discuss their requirements for their Blackpool Wedding.
Bridal Prep In Blackpool.
My journey began on a beautiful, warm sunny day. When I arrived at Lynsay’s parent’s house for Bridal Prep, I was greeted with Jon-Paul’s youngest daughter practising her “walking down the aisle” walk.
Lynsay was getting started with her Make-up-artist
With everyone ready it was time to leave the house. Lynsay looked so happy in her beautiful wedding dress.
With the emotional Groom waiting patiently for his Bride, his eldest son by his side as his Best Man, this was to be an emotional ceremony. The beautifully candlelit dressed room was filled with both laughter and tears.
After the ceremony I was able to whisk the Bride and Groom away from their wedding party. A rare golden moment for the two of them to spend priceless time together on their wedding day. I was able to capture some relaxed, romantic images.
Then it was back to Pavilion On The Prom for a wonderful dinner, and lots of dancing on the white star-lit dance floor.
With a a bit of light viewing for Jon-Paul and Lynsay’s youngest son Matthew.
No words are needed to describe the love between Jon-Paul and Lynsay. It is written in their body language that they simply adore each other.
A passing glimpse between devoted father and his precious daughter, the special bond that they share captured in one look, that simply says ” I Love You”.
With the sun setting in the West, it was the perfect ending for what had been a perfect day.
